Shop policies

Thank you for choosing my little shop! Please read my policies before buying. 

1. All of my items  are made to order! Once you place an order I begin to work on them. Please understand that this means your order will not ship immediately. 

2. Shipping time can range from 1-4 weeks. Please plan accordingly if you're planning on  purchasing as a gift. 

3. No returns or exchanges after ordering unless damaged. If an item is damaged I will gladly offer to make you a new one and have it shipped out at no cost! As long as proof of damage is provided, I have no problem helping you.

4. Finally, please understand that I am one person. I take a lot of time coming up with designs, creating rough drafts, baking/cleaning my pieces, piecing them together, glazing, cutting handmade labels, packaging, and shipping. It is a lot of work for one person but I am grateful every day that I get to share my art with you. If you have ever shared my work, purchased from me, or just taken a look at my shop: Thank you!
